The uniqueness of our College is expressed in that:-

1. The owner and founders are highly qualified and experienced professors in the Post Graduate Programs;
2. The College renders internet services and has Wi-Fi connection 24/7;
3. The instructors in all subjects and all programs are experienced Lecturers and Ph.D. holders;
4. The College has educational library service net work with AAU, where the students are able to have access to the overseas e-books and actual e-journals on the subjects they study;
5. The College provides additional capacity building programs (advanced language trainings, guidance on writing standardized assignments, graduate thesis writing, etc.)
6. The College  has launched its first of its kind scholarly Journal, namely,Journal of Business & Construction Management on the same day, when the first batch post graduate students Graduation Ceremony was held at Hilton Intentional Hotel on Sept. 1,2018.
